Measura — Terms of Service

Agreement
By installing or using Measura (“the App”), you agree to these Terms on behalf of the Shopify store that installs the App. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.
Service
Measura provides a measurement-based price calculator for Shopify product pages, including an admin configuration UI and a theme app extension for the storefront. Features may vary by plan (Free vs Pro) as described in the App and on the Shopify App Store listing.
Subscriptions & billing
Pro features are billed through Shopify’s subscription API. Prices, trial length, and billing interval are shown before you confirm a charge. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in the App or your Shopify admin. Shopify handles payment processing; refunds and proration follow Shopify’s policies and your charge confirmation.
Merchant responsibilities
You are responsible for your calculator configuration, product pricing, and compliance with laws that apply to your products and storefront (including consumer pricing and labelling rules in your markets). Measura is a calculation and display tool; it does not provide legal, tax, or industry-specific compliance advice.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the App, attempt to bypass plan limits, interfere with other merchants’ use, reverse engineer the App except where permitted by law, or use the App in violation of Shopify’s terms or applicable law.
Availability & changes
We strive for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may update the App, plans, or these Terms; material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Disclaimer & limitation
The App is provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties not required by law. Our liability for claims relating to the App is limited to the fees you paid for the App in the twelve months before the claim (or USD $100 if none), except where a higher limit is required by law.
Termination
You may uninstall the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach or abuse. On uninstall, Shopify’s standard app-uninstall and data-handling flows apply; see our Privacy Policy for retention and deletion.
